To further support Pharming’s growth, we reached out to threon to benefit from their expertise in excellence in project execution. Threon consulted for us in the foundation for a “next level” Center of Excellence (CoE). The focus was on ‘doing the project right’, by defining a general framework together with the development of tailored templates for each project phase, providing a standardized and cohesive approach, ensuring consistency throughout the project lifecycle. Next up is embedding it in the culture of Pharming through tailored project management training, which will also be provided by threon.

Thanks to threon and their guidance Pharming was able to establish the foundation for a next level Center of Excellence.
