Guiding cultural change at Securex

In 2023 and 2024, we went through an intensive and meaningful programme at Securex, in close collaboration with threon and under the guidance of Sven Gellens.

Sven supported us in sharpening our vision on cultural change, which formed a key element in our wider transformation. His approach was clear, well-grounded and aligned with the specific needs of our organisation. With his support, we developed a Culture Behaviour Framework that brought our desired culture to life and provided practical guidance on behaviour in the workplace.

Sven also assisted us in shaping a strategic roadmap to bring this cultural shift into practice. His expertise helped us make sound decisions, set the right priorities and anchor ownership at every level of the organisation.

What truly made this collaboration stand out was not only Sven’s in-depth knowledge, but also his ability to listen, challenge our thinking and build genuine trust. His input remained valuable throughout every phase of the process.
