How we develop our future experts

New consultants at threon don’t just start a job, they begin an immersive learning experience. Our Kickstart program offers a month-long deep dive into project and strategy execution, with real-life business cases, expert-led training, and interactive feedback sessions. External specialists, including news anchor Wim De Vilder, also provide hands-on workshops on essential skills like communication and presentation.

Beyond onboarding, every employee receives an annual personal training budget of €4,500, which can be used for both internal and external courses. Whether it’s advanced project management techniques or specialized certifications, we encourage our consultants to shape their own learning paths.
