Launching Project Manager of the Year 2025
We are excited to announce the launch of the Project Manager of the Year 2025 award, an initiative by threon to celebrate exceptional project management across the Benelux region.
This award aims to shine a spotlight on project managers who have demonstrated outstanding leadership, delivered impactful results, and inspired their teams. Whether they’ve excelled in high-pressure situations or driven successful projects through collaboration and strategic foresight, we want to hear and share their story.
What is Project Manager of the Year?
The Project Manager of the Year award recognises an individual who has led a project to exceptional success. Nominations will be evaluated based on key criteria such as project outcomes, leadership abilities, stakeholder engagement, and the nominee’s overall experience. The final shortlist will be determined through a combination of public voting and expert jury review, each contributing equally to the final score.
This contest is open to project managers from all industries and sectors, both in public and private organisations. Whether your project is in IT, construction, healthcare, finance, or beyond, the only requirement is that the nominated project must have been completed within the last 18 months and in the Benelux region.
Freelancers are also eligible to participate, provided they have worked with the nominating company for at least 12 months.
Why Participate?
Nominees will have the opportunity to gain recognition for their hard work within the sector and their organisation, strengthen their professional profile, and compete for the prestigious title of Project Manager of the Year 2025. The winner will also receive a €500 personal prize. Finalists and their projects will be prominently featured throughout the campaign.
