As we celebrate our 25th anniversary, we’re transforming it into Celebration Day: a day to connect, reflect and celebrate our work.
Of course, inspiration remains at the heart of it.
Navigating complex transformations
Major transformations can fundamentally change how an organisation operates. Whether it’s implementing a new ERP system, building a new factory, introducing AI or transforming core processes, turning ambition into lasting impact is rarely straightforward.
Complex initiatives bring competing priorities, difficult decisions and dependencies. At the same time, people across the organisation need to understand the direction, embrace the change and keep moving towards a shared outcome.
On November 19, we bring together Portfolio, PMO and Transformation leaders to explore what it takes to navigate these transformations successfully.
Through expert keynotes and peer discussions, we’ll look at two critical sides of transformation: avoiding the recurring pitfalls that put execution at risk, and providing the change leadership needed to create alignment, ownership and momentum.
