The COVID crisis forced him to put full focus on it and to take the lead in a not foreseen and immensely challenging scenario : bpost could not stop its activities. Now that the dust has settled, bpost is called amongst the big Belgian companies that best reacted to the challenges COVID brought to our society and economy. Davy will share how bpost tackled the first weeks but also what they learned from these days.
