In this Project Management Fundamentals course you will:
✔ Gain the necessary knowledge of project management processess, skill areas & best practices to advance as a professional project manager;

This training contains 10 self-paced online modules combined with 3 virtual classroom sessions. Before every classroom, specific modules can be prepared in the e-learning, as represented in the image below, making extra time in the virtual classroom for your specific learning needs and questions. This way you become even more proficient in mastering project management skills!
