  • Concrete and applicable tips & tricks to be used as from the day after the training.

It is not the purpose to train you to become a project manager (therefore we like to refer you to our Project Management Fundamentals learning experience), but to give you the necessary insights to understand what a project manager might be expecting from you, being yourself a team member, a project sponsor, a line manager, etc.

The learning experience will provide you with an overview of the most important topics and techniques of project management. Whilst there is an agenda, typically we follow the “life cycle” of the project, we do approach the topics from the perspective of the attendees and transfer our knowledge via a lot of group discussions and interactions. The latter makes this course unique in every sense and clearly customized to the specific needs of the group of people that are present!
