Our Online Academy approach

We developed our "Threon Snake" a learner-centric approach that motivates and supports learners, helps them apply new knowledge faster and results in a sustainable retention of what is learned. The "Threon Snake" is an integration of 3 training methods:

  • This training always includes "self-paced learning modules" via our ‍Threon Online Academy, which are ideal for learning the basics and more technical oriented skills.
  • On-the-job practice ensures you to use new knowledge, skills and attitude. This practice can be autonomous or coached.
  • On top of these modules, participants need to attend "In-classroom sessions" (virtual or on-site) involving deeper learnings, bringing learners to the next level of proficiency.

Via our Open Course calendar, you can easily book your preferred combination. This is clearly indicated by the "location" tag.

  1. Self-paced learning modules + Virtual In-classroom session
  2. Self-paced learning modules + On-site In-classroom session

Whichever format you choose, you need to complete 10 self-paced online modules and 3 In-classroom sessions (virtual or on-site) of half a day, each. The In-classroom session dates are fixed and cannot be mixed with other sessions.
