Course Overview

This training is the ideal entry point if you are new to the domain of project management, e.g. as a Team Member, Team Leader, or Junior Project Manager. Start your project management career by gaining the necessary knowledge to further advance as a professional Project Manager.

Based upon current project management standards, this course takes you through all important PMI® Project Management Processes and Know-ledge Areas. We directly translate theory into practice therefore covering all important topics from two perspectives: Best Practice basics followed by their practical application. You will develop the necessary skills through team based case studies and lots of individual exercises.

Learning the what, how, and when of perfor-ming monitoring and controlling will further help you to develop a proactive as well as a reactive attitude towards any project situations, and will help you to deliver the right progress and performance reports at the right time.
