Course Overview
This course is designed for practising Project Managers, project leaders and project coordinators who wish to gain formal recognition of their skills by taking both of the PRINCE2® examinations. You will be provided with a complete theoretical and practical understanding of the PRINCE2® project management method enabling you to apply PRINCE2® to business scenarios.
A case scenario will be used to field-test specific PRINCE2® techniques
allowing you to cast light on a range of general project management techniques. In addition you will learn how to make use of these techniques to ease up your daily project management work.
This training will prepare you for the PRINCE2® Foundation AND Practitioner examination. A number of examination scenarios actively prepare you for the examination, interpretation of the test case scenario and typical examination questions. You will learn which elements of answers will earn you the necessary points in your examination.
