Microsoft® Project not only offers basic support for scheduling aligned with the PMI Process Groups, it can also support you in Best Practice processes of planning, budgeting, tracking, performance measurement, and reporting. Unlock these advanced features for yourself and your daily practice.
Where the MS® Project Fundamentals course has taught you to use functions and features effectively, this advanced course teaches you how to exploit them to their fullest potential. You will gain new insights into the way, MS® Project works and will explore new features you didn’t know even exist. This will easen up your daily project management challenges and free up valuable time for the important parts of project management - communication. The course is process-driven and focuses on optimization of your Microsoft® Project Plan.
