The individual PM maturity assessment consists of a personal self-assessment using self-developed software tools, optionally complemented by a validation interview through our PM Competence Center.
The evaluation is done on at least 2 main categories of competence (Project Management, Managerial Ability). A master set of questions is available based on standards like the PMBOK® Guide and the Project Managers Competence Development Framework (PMCDF) from PMI. For sure, we can add additional question categories on request with respect to your business competencies. Results are expressed by positioning the individual against a preset profile (e.g. Project Leader, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Program Manager).
