We individually coach your Program & Project Managers towards increased maturity and excellence. The coaching comprises three consecutive steps, starting with an awareness phase where the coached individual and coach develop an agenda & objectives, followed by a learning phase, evolving towards self-development.
Coaching is focussed on all participants in the project management process, i.e. the Project Managers, Line Managers and Stakeholders in the field. Our coach takes care of all requests for support on the processes, guidelines and Best Practices applicable within your organization.
We have accomplished several coaching missions in the past by applying three simple steps:
Step1: Awareness: The coach verifies with the coachee which Best Practices have been applied in the past. This survey provides an answer to the question: Does the coachee spontaneously adopt Best Practices and why? Respectively why not?
Step2: Learn: The coach assists the coachee to overcome barriers and focusses primarily on the adoption of pro-active behaviour. Additional education will be provided by the coach. This is directly applicable to the current project.
Step3: Personal development: The coach becomes more and more obsolete, since the coachee builds on experience. Through this self-development his/her project maturity is growing.
Especially at the start of the development of any methodology the need for coaching is more intense. Later more specific questions will be handled, according to your needs.
