PETER K. STEVENS is international and founding partner in Threon Europe and Managing Director of PKS Electronics. He is a board member of a number of high technology start-ups and organizations in both Belgium and Israel.
After an initial academic career at Ghent University and Harvard University (USA) in the fields of Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Biomedical Sciences, and Business Administration, Professor Stevens acquired 20 years of extensive experience in the management of advanced technology.
He was involved in the founding and development of several companies in the fields of bio-mechanics, electronics and software. One of these, Delaware Industrial Solutions, Part of the Delaware Computing Group, a leading Benelux based software integrator, was acquired to Arthur Andersen in 1999.
As a part time Professor at the Engineering Faculty at the Ghent University (Belgium), Dr. Stevens performs theoretical research on objectifying speed and flexibility in industry and on the general influence of advanced automation on man and society.

JAN VAN BROECK is an international & founding partner in Threon Europe.
He was the President of the Belgium Chapter of PMI (the Project Management Institute) for the period 2002-2005. Between 1999 and 2002 Jan Van Broeck was senior Vice-President Operations of Banksys. He successfully managed the transition of electronic payment processing systems to the Y2K and Euro.
During different international assignments he built up a substantial experience in the area of re-engineering, program & change management.
He has occupied several senior management and executive positions in CSC's global organisation in the domain of outsourcing, data center operations and business development. He was technology lead in some of the largest global outsourcing mega-deals.
Until 1994 he served as the Director IS Global Infrastructure and Technology for the Union Minière (today Umicore) group.
Jan Van Broeck is a PMI certified PMP and holds a degree in Civil Engineering (construction) from Ghent University and an MBA of the University of Antwerp UFSIA.
