Threon and BeAligned join forces
Ghent, 16 February 2017 – The Ghent consultancy Threon will take over all activities from BeAligned as from February 2017. This was announced today by Tom Dedecker, Executive Partner at Threon. This takeover fits in nicely with Threon's vision and mission to support companies in matters involving the change process, from the strategy through to effective solutions. BeAligned's permanent team of 15 employees will all continue to work at Threon, whose staff levels will be boosted to over 100 in Belgium with this acquisition.
“The expertise and references at BeAligned are complementary to those at Threon. This takeover will allow Threon both to broaden and strengthen their offer when it comes to strategic planning, process management, company architecture and digital transformation”, explains Hans Van Daele, Managing partner at BeAligned.
“All commercial activities will be entirely implemented within the Threon BENE structure by mid-2017. The company cultures and activities of the two organisations are nicely aligned, so it is expected that the integration will go very smoothly. In the future we will be able to offer customers more end-to-end solutions, from the creation right through to the development of strategic solutions”, confirms Tom Dedecker.
Threon was founded in 2001 and is an internationally recognised project management training and consulting company with offices in Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Morocco. The company, whose head office is in Zwijnaarde, specialises in Talent Management and helps businesses and their staff to make the transition towards their targeted organisation and culture. Threon helps its customers to reinforce their project management and specialises in strategic portfolio management. In the year 2015-2016, Threon generated a turnover of more than 9 million euros.
